A simple command to configure NTP on a Windows Server is:
w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:pool.ntp.org /syncfromflags:MANUAL
sc stop w32time
sc start w32time
To add more than one NTP servers:
w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:”0.pool.ntp.org 1.pool.ntp.org” /syncfromflags:MANUAL
To check the status of the time service:
w32tm /query /status
